Itinerary
Day 1: WELCOME TO HANOI
- Arrive in Hanoi and transfer to your hotel to relax after the flight.
- Free time to explore the charming Old Quarter with its ancient architecture, vibrant markets, and street food.
Day 2: HA LONG BAY (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
- 08:30: Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi.
- 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina and transfer to La Pandora Cruise. Welcome drink, safety briefing.
- 13:00: Vietnamese seafood lunch onboard while cruising past Con Vit Islets.
- 15:30: Explore Lan Ha Bay; kayaking or swimming.
- 17:30: Sunset Party on the sundeck with local wine and fruits.
- 19:00: Dinner onboard followed by optional activities: night fishing, movies, or drinks.
Day 3: HA LONG BAY - HANOI (Breakfast, Lunch)
- 06:00 Start your day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck.
- 07:00 Enjoy breakfast with coffee and tea.
- 08:00 Explore the mysterious Dark & Bright Cave by local rowing boat, surrounded by breathtaking limestones.
- 09:15 Return to La Pandora Cruise and relax before check-out.
- 10:15 Join a spring roll cooking demonstration.
- 10:45 Enjoy lunch on board.
- 12:00 Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina and take the shuttle bus back to Hanoi.
- 15:00 – 15:30 Arrive at your hotel or home.
Day 4: DONG HOI (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning:
Early flight from Hà Nội to Đồng Hới (included).
- 11:30 Warm welcome at Đồng Hới Airport with a pick-up by our team.
- 12:00 Enjoy a delicious local lunch before heading to Phong Nha.
Afternoon:
- 13:00 Set off on a boat trip along the Son River to explore Phong Nha Cave, known for its incredible stalactites, underground river, and hidden chambers. Glide through the cave’s mesmerizing rock formations and learn about its history.
- 16:00 Check in at the hotel in Dong Hoi city.
Free time to explore Phong Nha town, visit local cafes, or relax by the riverside. Dinner at your own expense.
Day 5: PARADISE CAVE - HUE (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning:
Enjoy breakfast while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere of Phong Nha.
- 11:00 Pick-up from the hotel and transfer to a local restaurant for lunch.
Afternoon:
- 13:00 Discover the Paradise Cave, often called the “Underground Palace”. Walk along its wooden pathways and marvel at towering stalagmites and stunning rock formations that stretch for kilometers underground.
- 15:30 Scenic drive back to Hue, passing through beautiful countryside landscapes.
- 20:00 Drop-off at your hotel in Hue.
Day 6: HUE CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning:
- 08:00: Pick-up from your hotel and board a dragon boat along the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hue.
Visit the Imperial Citadel, home of Vietnam’s last royal dynasty, the Nguyen Dynasty.
Explore the bustling Dong Ba Market, a great spot for souvenirs and street food.
Enjoy a traditional Hue-style lunch.
Afternoon:
Visit Khai Dinh King’s Tomb, a unique fusion of Western and Eastern architecture.
Discover Minh Mang King’s Tomb, renowned for its majestic design blending seamlessly with nature.
Stop by the conical hat village and incense stick village to learn about local handicrafts.
- 16:00 – 16:30 Return to your hotel, concluding your Hue city tour.
Day 7: DA NANG - HOI AN (Breakfast, Dinner)
Enjoy breakfast and check out from your hotel. Our driver will transfer you to Da Nang, where you’ll reunite with the group for a half-day tour.
Linh Ung Pagoda – home to the tallest Lady Buddha statue in Vietnam, overlooking the sea.
Marble Mountains – a cluster of limestone hills filled with caves, temples, and panoramic views.
Hoi An Ancient Town – stroll through lantern-lit streets, visit heritage houses, and soak in the charm of this UNESCO-listed town.
We will spend most of our time in Hoi An ancient town. Have dinner and then drop you off at Hoi An hotel for check in.
Day 8: HOI AN - MY SON SANCTUARY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Step back in time with a morning journey to My Son Sanctuary, once the spiritual capital of the ancient Champa Kingdom.
Explore majestic red-brick temple ruins nestled in lush green mountains and learn about the history, culture, and mythology of this fascinating civilization.
Return to Hội An in the afternoon. Free time to explore or relax.
Day 9: FREE DAY IN HOI AN WITH PRIVATE DRIVER
Today is yours to explore Hội An at your own pace, with a private driver on standby to assist with your chosen adventures.
Recommended options:
Coconut Forest Eco Tour – cruise through nipa palms in a basket boat.
Pottery Village – try your hand at traditional clay pot making.
Trà Que Vegetable Village – experience rural life and farming traditions.

Day 10: HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Da Nang Airport for your flight to Hồ Chí Minh City.
Afternoon:
Arrive and check into your hotel.
Visit the iconic Ben nh Market – perfect for local snacks, souvenirs, and street food.
Day 11: HO CHI MINH - CU CHI TUNNEL (Breakfast)
Depart from Ho Chi Minh City to Cu Chi Tunnels
Watch a short documentary about the history, hardships, and construction of the tunnel system during the Vietnam War
Explore accessible tunnel areas including living quarters, kitchens, and military zones (storage rooms, field hospital, weapon caches, and command center)
Optional visit to the shooting range (extra charge)
Lunch (at your own expense)
Return to Ho Chi Minh City – End of tour
Day 12: HO CHI MINH (Breakfast)

Terms and Conditions of Truong Sa Tourist
Tourist. They outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties regarding the travel services we
provide. Please read them carefully. By making a booking with Truong Sa Tourist, you acknowledge
that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself
and all other Travelers included in your booking.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Travelers must be at least 18 years old to purchase services from Truong Sa Tourist. Minors under
18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
2. SERVICES COVERED
"Services" refer to travel consultation and planning, domestic and regional flights, cruises,
transportation, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related arrangements offered by Truong Sa
Tourist.
3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All quoted prices are estimates and subject to change depending on availability, exchange rates,
and other market fluctuations. Prices generally do not include:
- Personal expenses (e.g. laundry, incidentals)
- Passport/visa costs
- Travel insurance
- Tips and gratuities
- Single supplement charges
- Bank/transaction fees
- Any unlisted items
4. LOCAL PAYMENTS
Certain services may require on-site payment due to fluctuating costs. These payments are due
upon arrival and are non-refundable. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the service.
5. CHILDREN POLICY
- Infants (<2 years): 10% of adult rate
- Children 2-11 years: 85% of adult rate
- 12+ years: full adult rate
Airfare for children is determined by airline policy at time of booking. For bookings involving multiple
children, please contact us for a personalized quote.
6. RESERVATIONS & FINAL PAYMENTS
A deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made
no later than 30 days before departure unless otherwise agreed. Certain services may require full
payment at the time of booking.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- More than 31 days before departure: 10% of total payment + airfare cancellation fees
- 15-30 days: 45% of total payment + airfare cancellation fees
- 8-14 days: 70% of total payment
- 7 days or fewer: 100% of total payment
- No-shows: 100% of total payment
Domestic flight tickets are non-refundable. Missed services, skipped activities, or unused portions of
the tour are non-refundable.
Changes after booking are treated as cancellations and new bookings, subject to availability and
additional costs.
8. ISSUING TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
A confirmation voucher will be issued within 48 hours after receiving your deposit. Final documents,
including domestic tickets, will be sent 15-30 days before arrival. Truong Sa Tourist is not
responsible for issues caused by incorrect traveler information.
9. INSURANCE
Travelers are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip
cancellations, and lost belongings. Truong Sa Tourist does not provide insurance and is not
responsible for any losses resulting from insufficient coverage.
10. PASSPORTS, VISAS, & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Travelers must ensure they have valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas, and comply
with all health regulations. Truong Sa Tourist is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions
due to missing or incorrect documentation.
11. LOCAL LAWS & CUSTOMS
Travelers must comply with local laws and customs. Truong Sa Tourist will not be liable for
consequences resulting from non-compliance, including fines, arrest, or deportation.
12. AIR TRANSPORT
We are not responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations of international flights. For domestic
and regional flights arranged by us, airline terms and conditions apply. Flight times and carriers may
change at short notice.
13. ACCOMMODATIONS
All accommodation is based on double occupancy unless specified otherwise. Single supplements
may apply. Hotel check-in is generally at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. Hotel availability is subject
to change; equivalent alternatives will be provided if necessary. Some hotels may request a security
deposit at check-in.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Truong Sa Tourist is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by third parties,
force majeure, or personal negligence. Our responsibility ends when we have exercised reasonable
care in arranging your services.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for service disruptions due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters,
wars, epidemics, strikes, government actions, or similar events. In such cases, refunds or
compensation are not guaranteed unless recoverable from suppliers.
16. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam, where Truong Sa Tourist's head office is
located.
17. COMPLAINTS
If you encounter any issues during your trip, notify your guide or travel consultant immediately so we
can help resolve it. Written complaints must be submitted within 15 days after your tour ends, along
with supporting documents.
18. MARKETING MATERIALS
We may use statements, photos, or images of Travelers for promotional purposes. By joining our
tours, you grant Truong Sa Tourist a non-revocable license to use your likeness without
compensation.
19. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions may be updated without prior notice. Changes will not affect bookings
made prior to the revision date. Please review the terms applicable at the time of booking.
By confirming your booking and submitting payment, you accept these Terms and Conditions on
behalf of yourself and all travellers included in your booking.
